Why Stellar MLS — Not Zillow
Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin all source data from Stellar MLS — but with a delay. Syndication to those portals typically takes 6–24 hours after a listing goes live. By the time a deal appears on Zillow, competitive buyers may have already scheduled showings.
Investor Match pulls directly from Stellar MLS. A listing that activates at 9 PM tonight will be in your inbox by 7 AM tomorrow — before Zillow has indexed it, before a weekend open house is posted, and before most buyers know it exists.

How does Investor Match work?▼
You register your investment criteria once — cities, price range, bedrooms, property type, pool preference, and investment strategy. Every morning at 7 AM, our system scans Stellar MLS for new listings that match your criteria and sends you a direct email with photos, pricing, and listing details. You only get alerted for properties you haven't seen before.
How fresh are the listings?▼
By default, we alert you to listings that are 0–1 days old on the MLS. You can configure this to 3 days, 7 days, or all active listings depending on how aggressive your search needs to be. The goal is to surface deals before most buyers are aware they exist.
Which areas do you cover?▼
Investor Match covers all six major Relevé service areas: Tampa, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes, Odessa, and Trinity. You can watch one city or all six simultaneously — each city query runs independently so you won't miss anything.
What types of properties can I filter for?▼
You can filter by Residential (single-family), Condo/Co-Op, Townhouse, Multi-Family, or watch all types. You can also require a private pool, set minimum square footage, and select your investment strategy (buy & hold, fix & flip, vacation rental, or any).
